Davyd Markovich is an award-winning actor who grew up in Sacramento, California. At the age of thirteen, he accidentally fell onto a stage—and he hasn’t stepped off one since. Starring in early school productions, Davyd's passion for acting only grew. In college, he founded and led the Theatre Arts Club, where he also began exploring the world of film.

After earning a SARTA Award for Leading Male in a Drama, Davyd moved to Los Angeles and has since performed in over 60 film and theatre productions, earning recognition for his versatility across dramatic and comedic roles on both screen and stage.

Davyd has continued his training with classes at the renowned Stella Adler Academy and AHC Casting. Most recently, he has enrolled in ongoing Scene Study courses and private coaching through Chris Game Casting. Davyd is currently signed with Bankston Talent Agency and Sandstone Artists, where he is excited about the opportunities to grow and further his career.

Davyd is thrilled about two recent projects slated for film festival runs in 2026. In New Horizons, a collaboration between Sailor Eye Productions and Paranoya Studios, he takes on the unique challenge of portraying two characters: Johnny, a professional gamer, and his own wife, Kaytlin, within a new therapeutic simulation. In Fish Tank, he delivers a powerful performance as an unhoused man seeking shelter in a blind man's fabric store.
